Everyone experiences cognitive distortions, where our brains play tricks on us. During this session we will explore how counterproductive thinking can increase our anxiety in stressful situations. Participants will learn a strategy to control their anxiety, build resilience, and increase thought control during these moments. This will be a helpful session for individuals who struggle with anxiety or just want to be proactive by finding ways to be more resilient in their day to day lives.
Please join me in welcoming Katrina Steady August 1st for her session entitled Train Your Brain to be More Resilient.
All are welcome!
Best in happiness and love,
Audrey
