BIOGRAPHY

James Francis is an entrepreneur & professional speaker. He has been a successful business executive, starting and running several businesses in the wellness and insurance markets. He is a 25+ year resident of Madison, CT and is a father, husband, and has been practicing mindfulness for 15 years.

Through the course of his 3-decade career, he has worked closely with private equity and venture capital investors, he has run sales teams for large publicly traded companies, he has been a c-suite executive for 6 start-ups in the healthcare and well-being space, and he also owned and operated a vintage Good Humor Ice Cream Truck.

He accomplished the “American Dream” and then some, all while suffering the ravaging effects of living with severe anxiety and depression. The book explains the breakdown and breakthrough that he experienced after an attempted suicide and outlines his road map to health.

James describes himself as the common man and openly discusses topics that some think are taboo and he does this with some humor and some very serious face to face reckoning with past trauma to achieve long lasting happiness and joy.
