Let Your Yoga Dance is a moving celebration of spirit, where Joy and Fun meet Deep and Sacred. The first of its kind, Let Your Yoga Dance is a chakra dancing yoga fusion, a movement practice combining yoga, dance, and the chakras (the body’s energy centers) with wonderful music from around the world.

The Mission of Let Your Yoga Dance is:

to spread joy and consciousness throughout the world by transmitting body health, brain health, heart health, and soul health to all populations.

Let Your Yoga Dance is for everybody, and for every body. It’s a practice that literally anyone can do because it’s offered in a safe, caring, compassionate environment. It is great for all ages, bodies, and abilities.
