BIOGRAPHY

Founder/owner of the coaching and consulting firm Be You Bravely, Kelley Biskupiak is passionate about empowering women and families to lead fulfilling lives. She works one-on-one with clients to help them achieve clarity in chaos and to develop and implement goal-based, purposeful plans that bring balance and meaning to daily life.

Kelley is the busy wife of Brian, mother of three school-aged boys, and business owner who every day “walks the talk” she advocated to her clients and audiences. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies and Education from the University of Rhode Island and a Masters Degree in Literacy from Pace University. She began her career as a K-12 educator specializing in literacy. Kelley discovered that true passion and gift was educating educators. So she developed a thriving Education Consulting practice with clients ranging from wealthy suburban Connecticut school systems to the expansive urban New York City charter schools. Not content to limit her audience to teachers, Kelley branched out beyond education five years ago. She became trained as a Co-Active Coach at the esteemed Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and holds a CPCC certification enabling her to broaden her practice to serve clients from diverse professional and personal backgrounds. Her niche is women in transition – a role she knows well as a mother and professional who has reinvented herself through career and motherhood.

Kelley’s popular corporate seminars and community programs include the Ladies Night Out workshop series for “every woman”; the Power seminar, which coaches women navigating the juggle of divorce, family and career. She is also co-founder¬† of the Prepare to Launch Program. This program is designed to support women as they navigate back to the workforce after opting out.

Kelley is a published contributing author of the book Coaching for Powerful Change. She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an active community volunteer in the Canton Public Schools attended by her sons Charlie, Jack and Ben. When not taking care of others, Kelley can be found in a Power Yoga Class, vacationing on the beaches of Block Island,  and enjoying time with friends.
