About Deene Morris

Deene Morris, Interpersonal Adventure Guide and president of Inspire Leadership LLC, knows that leadership is a relationship – first and foremost with yourself, and then with others. Because teams and systems don’t change – you do.

Deene believes in living a congruent life and knows that teams with greater diversity in thought and perspective take longer to make decisions, and also make better decisions.

She provides fun, engaging and insightful workshops, curriculum, retreats and leadership coaching to non-profit and entrepreneurial organizations. Her clients include administrative teams, emerging leaders, directors, superintendents, teachers and board of directors.

The journey of self-awareness is hard work, but the outcome is exhilarating and her clients regularly report breakthroughs in innovation, collaboration and problem solving – moving from resistance to resiliency and conflict to creative solutions.
Deene’s professional background spans corporate, foundation and entrepreneurial leadership. She is a Master MBTI practitioner and holds numerous certifications in the field of emotional intelligence with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership (concentration in Servant-Leadership) from Gonzaga University. She recently served as adjunct faculty with the University of Hartford, MS Organizational Psychology.
